  • Summer check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off season check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.
  • Please do not arrive early or delay your departure.

  • No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or sororities/fraternities.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years.

  • A valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required; accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of the rental agreement.

Pets

  • Dogs only, unless otherwise detailed in listing.
  • The first dog is included in the price of the rental. Additional dogs may be subject to an added fee.
  • Fees for more than one dog apply. No strict restrictions on size or number of dogs (maximum 99 allowed).
  • Dog waste must be picked up and discarded in outdoor trash cans using plastic bags. A $75.00 fee is charged for failure to clean up dog waste.
  • Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.

  • The first pet fee is included in the rent; additional fees apply for more than one dog.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours and more than 60 days before arrival: full refund less a $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless the dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund less $300 cancellation debit.

Parking Information

  • Parking for up to 8 vehicles in an enclosed private front courtyard and front gated parking area.
  • Boats, boat trailers, and golf carts are allowed.

Linens and What to Bring

  • Bed linens and towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the beds.
  • Please bring: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a lower faucet for sandy feet.

  • Security cameras monitor the entrance.

  • Elevator is for convenience only; not ADA compliant or wheelchair accessible. No refunds if elevator is not operational during stay.
